Commander (Ret.) Ralph Conner, USCGR, was recently selected as Police Chief for the Eufaula (AL) Police Department.
Chief Conner has had a long career in law enforcement spanning many decades with city, state, federal, and military units.
He previously served with the 3800th SPS, Montgomery PD, I.C.E., and as a cold case investigator for the Alabama Attorney General's Office. Ralph also served as police chief in Hamilton, AL. During 2003 he was deployed to Kuwait with the U.S. Coast Guard for Operation Iraqi Freedom.
